The owner of this company has consistently failed to pay employee salaries. When employees request their due payments, they are often met with abusive behavior and, in some cases, termination—especially when the owner is under the influence of alcohol.
The company is also unable to meet basic financial obligations, such as paying office rent, which has resulted in a change of office location. More than 10 employees have reportedly been terminated without receiving their pending salaries.
Additionally, employees have been asked to provide personal money to the owner under the assurance that it would be returned later the same day. However, these amounts have not been repaid.
Under these circumstances, it is unreasonable to expect any further payments or cooperation.
